Catalogue Project Management
Central to our process of managing catalogue projects for our extensive range of clients involves the following systems and procedures.
Catalogue workflow management systems
We have developed this unique and sophisticated system over the last 14 years to automate, streamline, control and manage all aspects of a publication workflow production process. It centrally coordinates the raising of all publication projects, creates budgets, estimates and schedules, while providing a full audit trail of all costs and studio timing incurred, through to final project invoicing.
Online project PDF management system
All project artwork PDFs are issued from within this online system for client direct access, allowing client comment, amendments, and approval across the combined client project team. The system provides a full audit trail of all PDF’s raised and their progression through the project production process.
Online project communication management system
Where the project requires, all project emails and instructions raised by both Cashman & Co and the client throughout the project are coordinated within this online process. By invitation, it allows clients to orchestrate participation from their catalogue team members regardless of their location. It provides a means of ensuring communication accuracy across the team participants as well as providing an audit trail of all communication and instructions to action throughout the process of the catalogue project.

WHY evaluate your catalogue’s performance
The financial cost of producing a catalogue are the same, regardless of whether it’s ineffectively laid out or professionally designed to maximise its effectiveness. The investment in achieving a harder working catalogue delivers incremental sales and profitability.
Add to that the significant commitment of client time involved in the project, then the justification for appraising a catalogue’s effectiveness is obvious in terms of improving both sales return and return on marketing investment.
