Marketing Planning and Sales Development

  • At the outset, and based on joint evaluation with the client, a Marketing and Sales Development overview report would be prepared as the basis for detailed discussion and approval

  • Based on an agreed evaluation of the above, detailed budgets and schedules would be produced and would form the basis of the ongoing marketing programme

  • Each agreed marketing project would be fully costed and developed in terms of its timeline, creativity requirements and project team participation

  • An ongoing review and assessment of the programme implementation, would be done on a monthly and quarterly basis with action and task allocation being updated and circulated by Cashman & Co

  • The retained monthly invoice will be based on the calculation of the time involved in creating, managing and implementing the programme. Costed projects will be invoiced in line with their agreed schedule

Individual member personalisation included bespoke four page cover and intro pages, full member contact details and optional sales messages on all product pages as well as all product codes and prices personalised to the individual member.

Marketing services project: Product Page Library

Provision of Members Product Page Library containing pre-prepared page artwork templates organised by product category, range and brand. Each member was able to pick and mix their relevant selection of pages, for collating with personalised covers and order forms, into their own bespoke catalogue.
