Diamond Air offer exclusive concierge services which are available globally in over 500 airports and across some of the UK and Europe’s busiest rail stations.  We helped them clarify their service proposition, brand identity and tone of voice across all platforms and media as well as developing a new design to transform and restructure their existing website. The content was entirely recreated to both reflect the updated brand and be responsive no matter what screen size it's viewed on. Navigation was streamlined with updated features including FAQ, booking forms, newsletter subscription and links to social media.
